HX - HR Manager

Finance responsibility:

• Oversee logistics and 3rd party warehouse management & Customer consignment stock
• Maintain weekly report
• Manage the overall daily accounting routine (GL, AR, AP, Staff claim)
• Maintain Cash flow report and netting system (Interco payment)
• Monthly AARO reporting, Interco reconciliation
• Working capital management, AR credit control, monitor inventory lever
• Coordinate external Audits for ICQ questionnaire, interim and year end audit
• Oversee APAC management fee billing
• Maintain the updated accounting system;
• Manage Camfil holding accounting and audit process
• Manage quarterly GST filing
• Assist corporate tax filing-ECI and corporate tax return
• Assist Yearly transfer pricing documentation
• Submission invoice to customer portal
• Performed monthly bank reconciliations, General Ledger reconciliations
• Accrual and prepayment and all balance sheet account including maintain Fixed Asset

Requirement:

• Diploma or equivalent in Accounting
• Microsoft office and ERP system, Dynamic 365 is preferred.
